Please follow the laundry care labels on Doggycatdreams products closely.
We recommend that you wash the products using a delicate wash cycle at 30 °C.

The Doggycatdreams beds from the DCD SLEEPY and DCD DREAMY lines are available in three sizes. Use the size chart next to each pet bed in the online store to determine the correct size. However, these are just the recommended sizes. You know your pet best and will thus be able to select the most appropriate bed.☺

By prior arrangement, we are happy to invite you and your pet to visit our SHOWROOM at: Zrkovska cesta 61, 2000 Maribor, where we will gladly show you our products and also help you choose the right product in terms of model, size, color, etc. Our SHOWROOM is also where you can collect the products in person.

Since we sometimes change the colors of our products to always make them as unique as possible, only the colorways that are currently offered on the website can be ordered. The other colorways are unfortunately sold out.

Delivery services do not hand out invoices. The invoice is enclosed in the package.

The products can of course be exchanged. If you find that the size of a product that has not yet been used does not fit, we will replace it with an appropriately sized product within 14 days of receipt, as long as we have it in stock. In this case, the shipping costs are covered by the buyer. The product must also be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Attach a copy of the invoice and note which product you would like to exchange.
