In the case of distance contracts, the consumer (in accordance with Article 43 of Consumer protection Act) has the right to notify the company of their withdrawal from the contract by email (info@doggycatdreams.com) within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods.
After having received the aforementioned email, the provider will send the customer the instructions on how to return the goods. The customer has to return the items no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving them to the following address:

If the customer fails to do so (after 14 days), the seller cannot refund the money. The costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the customer. The goods must be sent back by registered mail.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 43d, the customer is held liable for a reduction in the value of the product if the reduction is the result of conduct not strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
We therefore suggest that the customer returns the products undamaged and in their original undamaged packaging – it is important to us that the returned items and the packaging are intact and in their original state. The seller will accept the damaged products and notify the customer of the reduction in the value of the product.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
The provider may withhold the refund of payments received until the returned item is accepted.

THE CUSTOMER HAS NO RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT AND RETURN THE PRODUCTS IN THE CASE OF:
• products that have been manufactured according to the customer’s (consumer’s) exact instructions (PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS – WITH PRINT, CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS etc.);
• products that have been tailored to customer’s/consumer’s personal needs;
• other products which, due to their nature, cannot be returned;
• products that are damaged or altered in quantity.
