DCD Sleepy cushions are filled with a special filling (100% siliconized polyester ball fiber). The clinically tested filling made of silicone-coated polyester balls is extremely light, soft and breathable. It does not lose its shape over time and retains its original appearance. The amount of cushion filling can be adjusted to make the cushion thicker or thinner. It has an antibacterial coating for protection against bacteria. Due to its exceptional characteristics, we also recommend it to people with allergies and asthma.

Returning damaged parcels

If the parcel containing the ordered products is physically damaged; if the packaging is damaged or greasy; if the contents of the parcel are missing or if the parcel seems to have been opened, the customer must file a complaint with the Pošta Slovenije postal service. This can be done by bringing the package to the nearest post office in the same condition as it was received (without adding or removing anything) and by filling out a report. Together with Pošta Slovenije, we will make sure that the complaint is resolved as quickly as possible.
